JDA NEW HOUSING SCHEME 2021: LOTTERY AND REGISTRATION

JDA has two housing schemes in zone 11

  1. Mhoan lal sukhadiya nagar- 194 housing plots
  2. Priyadrshini Nagar- 165 housing plots

All the schemes are under schemes Rera act 2016. 359 plots will be drawn under this Category.

Date of applying- 28.02.2020

Last date of application- 30.03.2020

Lottery date- 15.04.2020

Conditions

  1. Application form fee is 500/- and applicant must deposit is online.
  2. If any applicant apply more than one time, all the forms will be cancelled and fee will Not be refunded.
  3. Applicant must give his valid mobile number for OTP and future references.
  4. All the bank details should be on applicant’s name.

Application process

  1. To apply online you need to visit official website of JDA.
  2. You need to show clear your bank details of account and ifsc code and branch
  3. Mode of payment will be net banking, credit card and debit card.

Eligibility criteria

  1. Applicant must be a resident of rajasthan
  2. He/she should complete age of 18 before applying.
  3. Applicant should have bank account on his/ her name.
  4. Applicant should not have any registered plot on his name in JDA.

Income of applicant

Applicant’s income will be measured according to financial year 2019-20. applicants Who are filing income tax must show thier ITR.

  1. Lottery form along with photo sign before 21 days of last date.
  2. Oath letter with signature.
  3. Photo identity card
  4. Aadhar card

Amount refund

all applicants who did not get the plot will get refunded amount via net banking.
